Steel scrap recycling process !
There are five main stages for segregating the steel scrap according to its quality. Specifically known as collection, segregation,  grading, testing, and recycling. Let's know a little more about those stages.

1. Collection of the scrap
The first phase entails collection the steel scrap from the end life vehicle or the production sector. This may entail human collecting or the use of vehicle like JCB.

2. Segregation of the steel scrap
In the segregating process, the steel scrap must be checked for chemical composition and material properties that could effect the quality of the finished product.

3. Grading
The scrap can be evaluated in accordance with its quality and intended use based on the findings of the tests. For instance, high-quality scrap could be used to make high-end car components, whereas low-quality scrap might be better suited for making building supplies.

4. Testing
The scrap will be examined in the following phase to ascertain its chemical make-up, degree of hardness, and other qualities that may affect its appropriateness for various uses.

5. Recycling
When the scrap is ready to be sold to other businesses for processing into new steel products, it can be separated into various bins or containers based on its grade and intended use. And then processed scrap gets reused by other vendors for various production.
